Prairie Home Wellness and Counseling offers a range of outpatient mental health services and is conveniently located on the West end of 1st Street in Monticello. We are located within 40 minutes of the communities of Dubuque, Manchester, and Maquoketa, 20 minutes from Dyersville, and 10 minutes from Anamosa and Cascade, just a few miles off of Highway 151.
If you’re coming South on Highway 38, head into Monticello and turn Right onto West 1st street. Our offices are located at the end of the block on the right.
If you’re coming North on Highway 151, take Exit 63, turn Left onto Business 151 and drive 1.5 miles, turn Left onto S. Cedar Street and drive 0.7 miles, then turn Left onto West 1st Street. Our building will be on your right at the end of the block.
If you’re coming South on Highway 151, turn Right onto Business 151 (between Exits 68 and 67) and drive 2.0 miles before turning Right onto East 1st Street. Drive about half a mile and you will see our offices on the right.
Free public parking is available on West 1st Street and North Chestnut Street. Handicap accessible parking is available in the parallel parking spots on West 1st Street in front of our office building.
