About Your Therapist

Our practice strives to help you achieve personal, psychological, spiritual and relational growth and to achieve overall positive changes in your life. Our services are designed to help you overcome life struggles, transitions, trauma, and mental health problems in order to live life as meaningfully and fully as possible. Prairie Home Wellness and Counseling offers a range of outpatient mental health services. With two offices located in Eastern Iowa and all of our therapists licensed to provide HIPAA-secure telehealth services throughout the state of Iowa, we are ready to help you overcome life's challenges.
